CoCreate – a way of challenging the consultancy business

Mid-pandemy, I had a small digital after work with Johan Welander, a wise friend of mine. He, just as me, is running his own business, is into public speaking and also a high level HR nerd. He said that three years into being self employed and gigger, he started to have the same questions popping up as after a couple of years at earlier workplaces: Is this really forever? What is my next step? Where do I go from here?

And I shared his questions. I already outed these thoughts this spring in an earlier blog post, and now I’m on my way towards something new together with Fredrik Hörlyk, Sofie Sandén and Per Bleckberg. Fredrik and I just started CoCreate – a place for learning and cocreating new sustainable business models and collaborations.

We are now growing CoCreate Community at Garveriet in Floda. A place for small business that have taken an active stand for a sustainable worklife and that not just measure success in maximized profit, but rather learning and sustainable growth.

Now we are on our way to make our services available to the local community as a SaaS offer. The combined experience and knowledge in sales, business development, branding and HR at CoCreate Community is a great strength for small and mid sized growing companies and now we have created a way to cooperate as a partner to these businesses.

If you’re interested in learning about a flexible and innovative partnership in expertise when needed, please reach out to me and ask about CoCreate as a Service. Soon live at Garveriet… 

Afterworkshop – a pay it forward initiative!

It takes 10 000 hours to be an expert at something. Or at least so they say. I haven’t counted my hours within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Employer Branding, but after about ten years as a consultant within these scopes, I hope I have gained some knowledge – that I’ve found use for at Afterworkshop.
